Privacy Policy

Who we are

MG Luxury Limo is a chauffeur and limousine service based in Houston, Texas. This policy covers this website, mgluxurylimo.com.

You can reach us at info@mgluxurylimo.com or 832-873-2522.

What we collect

Only what you type into the booking form. There is no other form on this site, and nothing is gathered in the background to build a picture of you.

When you send a booking request, we receive:

• your first and last name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the services you tick and the vehicle you choose
• the pickup and drop-off addresses you give
• the date and time you want
• anything you write in the notes box

We use it to price the journey, arrange the car and the chauffeur, and contact you about that booking. Nothing more.

We never ask for payment details on this website. If a payment is needed it is arranged separately.

What we do not do

• There are no visitor accounts and no comments, so there is nothing to register for and nothing to log in to.
• There are no advertising or analytics trackers on this site — no Google Analytics, no tag manager, no advertising pixels.
• We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Cookies and what your browser stores

Two things, and neither of them follows you anywhere:

• Your light or dark preference. Stored in your own browser so the site opens the way you left it. It never reaches our server, and clearing your browser data removes it.
• A sign-in cookie for staff. Set only when somebody on our team signs in to the part of the site where articles are published. It is never set for a visitor.

Content embedded from elsewhere

The contact page shows a Google map of where we are. It is the only thing on this website loaded from another company, and it loads only when you open that page. Google can see that request in the ordinary way a website sees a visit — your IP address and which browser you are using — and Google's own privacy policy governs what it does with that.

Everything else is served from this site: the fonts, the photographs and the film on the home page. No other page loads anything from a third party.

The Google reviews on this site

The reviews panel shows what people have written about us on Google. Our server asks Google for them and keeps the answer for a while; your browser never contacts Google for it. Opening the panel tells Google nothing about you.

Who else sees your booking

The people who need it to drive you: our dispatch team and the chauffeur assigned to your journey.

The website itself runs on Vercel, which handles the request and keeps short-lived server records of it, as any web host does.

We also give information out when the law requires it — a court order, or a legal obligation we cannot refuse.

How long we keep it

Booking requests are kept while we are arranging your journey and afterwards for our ordinary business records. When a record is no longer needed for either, it is deleted.

If you would like yours removed sooner, email info@mgluxurylimo.com and we will do it.

What you can ask us for

At any time, you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete what we hold

Email info@mgluxurylimo.com and we will answer. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we hand over or delete anything — that check protects you rather than us.

Children

This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If you believe a child has sent us their details, tell us and we will remove them.

Changes to this policy

The date at the top of this page is when it last changed. If we ever change it in a way that affects what we do with your information, we will say so here rather than quietly amend it.
